KRISTIN STUBBS INTERIOR DESIGN
Kristin Stubbs is a junior at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She is majoring in interior architecture and she is also working towards a certificate in real estate. Kristin became interested in interior design at a young age by being exposed to many home improvement and building supply stores. The older she became, the more interested she became with everything these stores held.
After doing some research, it didn't take her long to realize interior design was something she wanted to make a career out of.
Kristin continues to be inspired by interior design. She was especially inspired by a recent study abroad trip to Rome, Italy. There, she learned about the history of architecture in Italy, but also how to document it.
Kristin also takes interest in lighting design after being introduced to it in class, studying it, and designing her own luminaire featured above.

After Kristin graduates, she aspires to be an interior designer for retail projects or a lighting designer.
